No Return Policy

At Tactician Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return policy for opened or used items, as they cannot be resold.

However, we do accept returns on unopened and unused products. If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to purchase a sample prior to committing to a full bottle. This allows you to experience the fragrance firsthand and make an informed decision.

To report a damaged or defective item, or to initiate a return for an unopened product, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue or reason for return. For damaged or defective items, please include photos of the product. Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
